目的：观察体针、平衡针、耳穴揿针联合治疗乳腺增生的临床疗效。方法：收治乳腺增生患者102例，随机分为两组，治疗组52例，采用体针、平衡针、耳穴揿针治疗；对照组50例，根据患者伴随症状，口服逍遥丸或乳癖消片。结果：治疗组总有效率96.2%高于对照组的76%(P＜0.01)。结论：体针、平衡针、耳穴揿针治疗乳腺增生疗效明显。

목적：관찰체침、평형침、이혈흠침연합치료유선증생적림상료효。방법：수치유선증생환자102례，수궤분위량조，치료조52례，채용체침、평형침、이혈흠침치료；대조조50례，근거환자반수증상，구복소요환혹유벽소편。결과：치료조총유효솔96.2%고우대조조적76%(P＜0.01)。결론：체침、평형침、이혈흠침치료유선증생료효명현。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of body acupuncture,balance acupuncture,ear press acupuncture combination therapy of breast hyperplasia.Methods:102 patients with breast hyperplasia were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group with 52 cases were treated with body acupuncture acupuncture balance,ear press needles treatment. The control group with 50 patients were treated withoral Xiaoyao pill or Rupixiao sheet according to the patients with symptoms. Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was 96.2% ,higher than that in the control group of 76% (P<0.O1). Conclusion:The clinical effect of body acupuncture,balance acupuncture,ear press acupuncture combination therapy of breast hyperplasia is outstanding.
