目的：观察中西医结合治疗恙虫病的临床疗效，方法：收治恙虫病患者40例，随机平分为两组，对照组采用多西环素治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上加用白虎汤加减治疗。结果：治疗组在退热时间、临床症状改善等方面均优于对照组，其治疗率及总有效率均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：中西医结合治疗恙虫病临床疗效较好，能够减轻病情，缩短病程，较单用西药治疗有一定的优势。
목적：관찰중서의결합치료양충병적림상료효，방법：수치양충병환자40례，수궤평분위량조，대조조채용다서배소치료，치료조재대조조적기출상가용백호탕가감치료。결과：치료조재퇴열시간、림상증상개선등방면균우우대조조，기치료솔급총유효솔균고우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：중서의결합치료양충병림상료효교호，능구감경병정，축단병정，교단용서약치료유일정적우세。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine in the treatment of patients with tsutsugamushi disease.Methods:40 patients with tsutsugamushi disease were selected.They were randomly divide into the two groups on average.Patients in the control group were treated with doxycycline treatment.Patients in the treatment group were treated with the addition of baihu decoction on the basis of the control group.Results:The pyretolysis time and clinical symptoms improved of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group;the treatment rate and total effective rate were higher than those of the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine in the treatment of patients with tsutsugamushi disease is better.It can reduce the disease,shorten the course of disease,which has certain advantages compared with the treatment of single use of Western medicine.
