以安徽省为例，分析了新型城镇化在留守妇女的综合素质、社会发展、权益保障等方面发挥的积极影响。揭示出留守妇女的发展现状及面临的问题，并提出通过消除户籍限制，完善公共服务体系；提高农业现代化水平，大力发展农村经济；开展成长教育；保障留守妇女土地产权和可持续发展能力的方式来解决留守妇女发展面临的问题，以保障留守妇女获得更好的发展。
以安徽省為例，分析瞭新型城鎮化在留守婦女的綜閤素質、社會髮展、權益保障等方麵髮揮的積極影響。揭示齣留守婦女的髮展現狀及麵臨的問題，併提齣通過消除戶籍限製，完善公共服務體繫；提高農業現代化水平，大力髮展農村經濟；開展成長教育；保障留守婦女土地產權和可持續髮展能力的方式來解決留守婦女髮展麵臨的問題，以保障留守婦女穫得更好的髮展。
이안휘성위례，분석료신형성진화재류수부녀적종합소질、사회발전、권익보장등방면발휘적적겁영향。게시출류수부녀적발전현상급면림적문제，병제출통과소제호적한제，완선공공복무체계；제고농업현대화수평，대력발전농촌경제；개전성장교육；보장류수부녀토지산권화가지속발전능력적방식래해결류수부녀발전면림적문제，이보장류수부녀획득경호적발전。
Taking Anhui province as an example ,the positive influence of the new urbanization is analyzed on the comprehensive quality ,social development and rights protection of women left in the rural areas ,combined with the relevant data .The studies reveal the present situation and problems of the development of women left in the rural areas.The countermeasures are put forward including eliminating hukou restrictions , perfecting the public service system,improving the level of agricultural modernization , vigorously developing the rural economy , starting the education for the growth of women left in the rural areas , and protecting their land rights and sustainable development ability to solve the problems that women left in the rural areas are facing and ensure their access to better development .
