目的：探讨心内科临床药师参与药物治疗和干预医嘱的途径和方法。方法对临床药师参与心内科药物治疗的4例典型案例进行分析。结果临床药师在参与药物品种选择、剂量调整，提醒医师关注药物的药代动力学、相互作用、不良反应等方面取得一定成效。结论临床药师利用与医护人员互补的药学专业知识，为医师及患者提供药学服务，可促进临床合理用药。
목적：탐토심내과림상약사삼여약물치료화간예의촉적도경화방법。방법대림상약사삼여심내과약물치료적4례전형안례진행분석。결과림상약사재삼여약물품충선택、제량조정，제성의사관주약물적약대동역학、상호작용、불량반응등방면취득일정성효。결론림상약사이용여의호인원호보적약학전업지식，위의사급환자제공약학복무，가촉진림상합리용약。
Objective To discuss ways and methods of clinical pharmacists in clinical drug therapy and medication intervention. Methods Clinical pharmacistsˊ experience in the treatment of four typical cases in cardiology department was analyzed. Results Clinical pharmacists achived results in certain areas,such as participating in drug selection and adjusting the dose,reminding doctors to pay attention to pharmacokinetics,interaction and drug adverse reaction. Conclusion Clinical pharmacists should master necessary basic theory of medicine and pharmacy so as to provide pharmaceutical care for doctors and patients,which can promote rational drug use in the clinic.
