目的：探讨非小细胞肺癌患者辅助化疗期间生活质量的变化特点及相关影响因素。方法随机抽取非小细胞肺癌辅助化疗患者70例，分别于化疗前、化疗第2周期前3 d内、化疗第4周期后7～14 d内采用QLQ‐C30和QLQ‐LC13评估患者的生活质量。结果辅助化疗第2周期前患者的躯体、社会、角色、情绪功能及整体生活质量均明显下降（P＜0．05），疲乏、恶心呕吐、食欲丧失及经济困难评分增加（P＜0．05）；辅助化疗第4周期后患者的躯体、社会、角色、情绪功能及整体生活质量均明显下降（P＜0．05），疲乏、恶心呕吐、食欲丧失、脱发及经济困难评分明显增加（P＜0．05），疼痛及气短症状减轻（P＜0．05），但恶心呕吐、气促及脱发症状较化疗2周期前未见明显变化（P＞0．05）；女性患者整体生活质量高于男性（P＝0．044）；老年患者易出现呼吸困难、食欲丧失症状（P＜0．05）。结论辅助化疗影响患者生活质量，应积极预防化疗不良反应，加强患者心理指导与社会支持，提高无瘤生存状态下患者的生活质量。
목적：탐토비소세포폐암환자보조화료기간생활질량적변화특점급상관영향인소。방법수궤추취비소세포폐암보조화료환자70례，분별우화료전、화료제2주기전3 d내、화료제4주기후7～14 d내채용QLQ‐C30화QLQ‐LC13평고환자적생활질량。결과보조화료제2주기전환자적구체、사회、각색、정서공능급정체생활질량균명현하강（P＜0．05），피핍、악심구토、식욕상실급경제곤난평분증가（P＜0．05）；보조화료제4주기후환자적구체、사회、각색、정서공능급정체생활질량균명현하강（P＜0．05），피핍、악심구토、식욕상실、탈발급경제곤난평분명현증가（P＜0．05），동통급기단증상감경（P＜0．05），단악심구토、기촉급탈발증상교화료2주기전미견명현변화（P＞0．05）；녀성환자정체생활질량고우남성（P＝0．044）；노년환자역출현호흡곤난、식욕상실증상（P＜0．05）。결론보조화료영향환자생활질량，응적겁예방화료불량반응，가강환자심리지도여사회지지，제고무류생존상태하환자적생활질량。
Objective To observe the impact of postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy on the quality of life and the influencing factors among non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients .Methods Seventy post‐operative patients of NSCLC were assessed with the EORTC QLQ‐C30 and QLQ‐LC13 questionnaires before postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy ,3 days before the 2nd cycle of chemotherapy ,7‐14 days after the 4th cycle of chemotherapy .Results Before the 2nd cycle of chemotherapy ,the function and o‐verall life quality of patients decreased significantly except cognitive function (P<0 .05) .Fatigue ,appetite loss ,nausea and vomi‐ting and alopecia deteriorated ,and the economics became difficult to some patients (P<0 .05) .After the 4th cycle of chemothera‐py ,the function and overall life quality of patients decreased significantly except cognitive function (P<0 .05) .The scores of fa‐tigue ,nausea and vomiting ,appetite loss ,alopecia and economics status increased significantly (P<0 .05) ,and the symptoms of pain and dyspnoea relieved (P> 0 .05) .The overall quality of life in female patients were better than in male patients (P=0 .044) .Elderly patients were easier to suffer from dyspnoea and appetite loss (P<0 .05) .Conclusion The postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy affected NSCLC patients'quality of life .So we should actively prevent and properly handle the adverse reactions of chemotherapy ,and give positive psychological intervention and social support .
