目的：探讨治疗多发性跖疣有效方法。方法随机将90例多发性跖疣患者分为三组。 A组单用冷冻去除疣体；B组单用外用中药方浸泡治疗；C组冷冻去除疣体，同时外用中药方浸泡治疗。治疗结束后判定疗效。 C组在治疗前后作外周血T细胞亚群测定。结果三组的有效率分别为60．0％、53．33％和83．33％。 C组与A、B组有效率比较差异均有统计学意义。 C组治疗前后外周血T细胞亚群有明显改变，差异有统计学意义。结论冷冻联合中药浸泡能有效治疗多发性跖疣且具有免疫调节作用。
目的：探討治療多髮性蹠疣有效方法。方法隨機將90例多髮性蹠疣患者分為三組。 A組單用冷凍去除疣體；B組單用外用中藥方浸泡治療；C組冷凍去除疣體，同時外用中藥方浸泡治療。治療結束後判定療效。 C組在治療前後作外週血T細胞亞群測定。結果三組的有效率分彆為60．0％、53．33％和83．33％。 C組與A、B組有效率比較差異均有統計學意義。 C組治療前後外週血T細胞亞群有明顯改變，差異有統計學意義。結論冷凍聯閤中藥浸泡能有效治療多髮性蹠疣且具有免疫調節作用。
목적：탐토치료다발성척우유효방법。방법수궤장90례다발성척우환자분위삼조。 A조단용냉동거제우체；B조단용외용중약방침포치료；C조냉동거제우체，동시외용중약방침포치료。치료결속후판정료효。 C조재치료전후작외주혈T세포아군측정。결과삼조적유효솔분별위60．0％、53．33％화83．33％。 C조여A、B조유효솔비교차이균유통계학의의。 C조치료전후외주혈T세포아군유명현개변，차이유통계학의의。결론냉동연합중약침포능유효치료다발성척우차구유면역조절작용。
Objective To explore effective treatment methods on treating multiple verruca plantaris. Methods A total of 90 patients were randomly divided into three groups, group A which treated with liquid nitrogen.group B which treated with the Traditional Chinese medicine decoction. Group C which treated combined with the Traditional Chinese medicine decoction and cryotherapy. Before and after treatment T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood lymphocytes of group C were also detected.Results Three groups have efficiency of 60.0%, 53.33% and 83.33%, respectively.With statistical analysis,the efficiency rate of both groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood lymphocytes of the group C had a obvious difference before and after treatment, which had statistical significance.Conclusions The therapy of combined with the traditional Chinese medicine decoction and cryotherapy on treating multiple verruca plantaris is effective and safe.The therapy has immuno-regulating effect and worth of clinical application.
