目的:探讨基层医院孕妇学校对不同文化层次的瘢痕子宫再次妊娠孕妇选择阴道分娩影响的调查分析。方法:随机选取我院2012年3月~2014年3月150名瘢痕子宫再次妊娠孕妇,其中对照组75名未参加孕妇学校,观察组75名按照文化层次不同分为4组;分别参加孕妇学校不同形式的健康教育,观察不同文化层次的瘢痕子宫孕妇再次妊娠对分娩方式的选择及妊娠合并症的发病率。结果:文化层次不同对知识的需求程度、授课效果存在较大差异,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);通过孕妇学校的教育瘢痕子宫再次妊娠孕妇阴道试产率大幅度提升、妊娠合并症减少。结论:在基层医院孕妇学校应该针对不同文化层次孕妇采取不同的教育形式和方法,提高孕妇试产率,降低再次剖宫产率,减少妊娠合并症,提高产科质量,保证母婴健康。

목적:탐토기층의원잉부학교대불동문화층차적반흔자궁재차임신잉부선택음도분면영향적조사분석。방법:수궤선취아원2012년3월~2014년3월150명반흔자궁재차임신잉부,기중대조조75명미삼가잉부학교,관찰조75명안조문화층차불동분위4조;분별삼가잉부학교불동형식적건강교육,관찰불동문화층차적반흔자궁잉부재차임신대분면방식적선택급임신합병증적발병솔。결과:문화층차불동대지식적수구정도、수과효과존재교대차이,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);통과잉부학교적교육반흔자궁재차임신잉부음도시산솔대폭도제승、임신합병증감소。결론:재기층의원잉부학교응해침대불동문화층차잉부채취불동적교육형식화방법,제고잉부시산솔,강저재차부궁산솔,감소임신합병증,제고산과질량,보증모영건강。
Objective: To probe and analyze the influence of pregnancy schools in primary hospitals on the choice of vaginal delivery by secondary pregnancy women with scar uterus and from different cultural levels.Methods:150 secondary pregnancy women with scar uterus in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2014 are random selected.Among them,75 of the control group have not participated in the Pregnancy School.75 of the observation group are divided into 4 small groups according to cultural levels,and participated in different health education in the Pregnancy School.Observation work is done to their choices of delivery modes and the morbidity of pregnancy complications.Results:Women from different cultural levels have different demands to knowledge and teaching effects.Such differences are statistically significant (P<0.05).Through education in the Pregnancy School,vaginal trial delivery rate of secondary pregnancy women with scar uterus increased dramatically,and pregnancy complications reduced.Conclusion: Pregnancy Schools of primary hospitals should adopt various education styles and methods to women from different cultural levels,so as to increase vaginal trial delivery rate,lower re-cesarean rate,reduce pregnancy complications,improve quality of Obstetrical Departments,and ensure maternal and infant health.
