本文以延安大学数学与应用数学专业师范生为例,通过问卷调查法、访谈法、观察法及比较法等研究方法,调查并分析了当前普通高校师范生的教育教学能力及学校对师范生培养方面存在的问题,针对这些问题,分别从师范生和学校的角度出发,提出提升师范生教学能力的具体对策。

Exemplified by the normal students majoring in math-ematics and applied mathematics from Yan'an University, through questionnaire survey, interview, observation and com-parison, this paper investigated and analyzed the problems exist-ing in the education and teaching ability of normal students in regular universities as well as the cultivation of normal students. In view of the problems, this paper, from the perspectives of nor-mal students themselves and the university, proposed specific countermeasures to improve the teaching ability of normal stu-dents.
