目的：探讨抗癫痫药物血药质量浓度监测对抗癫痫药物合理应用的意义。方法建立我院抗癫痫药Access数据库，回顾性分析我院所监测的207例样品。结果207例样品的患者控制有效率为76．32％。结论监测癫痫患者服药后的血药质量浓度，对临床及时调整给药方案、降低癫痫的发作率、减少癫痫药物的不良反应具有重要的意义。
目的：探討抗癲癇藥物血藥質量濃度鑑測對抗癲癇藥物閤理應用的意義。方法建立我院抗癲癇藥Access數據庫，迴顧性分析我院所鑑測的207例樣品。結果207例樣品的患者控製有效率為76．32％。結論鑑測癲癇患者服藥後的血藥質量濃度，對臨床及時調整給藥方案、降低癲癇的髮作率、減少癲癇藥物的不良反應具有重要的意義。
목적：탐토항전간약물혈약질량농도감측대항전간약물합리응용적의의。방법건립아원항전간약Access수거고，회고성분석아원소감측적207례양품。결과207례양품적환자공제유효솔위76．32％。결론감측전간환자복약후적혈약질량농도，대림상급시조정급약방안、강저전간적발작솔、감소전간약물적불량반응구유중요적의의。
Objective To expound the significance of monitoring the serum levels of antiepileptic drugs .Methods The Access data‐base of antiepileptic drugs was set up ,and the clinical data of 207 cases monitored were retrospectively analyzed .Results The to‐tal effective rate was 76 .32% for 207 therapy cases .Conclusion Monitoring the plasma concentration of patients after they took the the medicines is of great significance to adjust the clinical dosage regimen in time ,to decrease the rate of epileptic fits ,and to reduce the medicine untoward reaction obviously .
