结合对跨国公司追求网络整合及保证网络控制的介绍，借助对我国城市网络结构特征的检测，实证考察了城市网络因素对跨国公司在华研发投资流入与集聚的影响。结果显示：尽管我国城市网络联系呈整体加强态势，但各节点城市在网络中所处的位置并不相同；在形成跨国公司在华研发投资进驻及空间集聚因素中，整体关联增强与个体位置差异并存的城市网络结构因素发挥了重要作用。

Combining the introductions to multinational corporations’ pursuing network integration and keeping network con-trol and making use of the detection of urban network’s structural characteristics in our country, this paper establishes rele-vant measurement models to make an empirical study of city network structure’s effect on the information and agglomeration of Foreign R&D in China. Result shows that key node cities occupy different status, although city network links in our coun-try is stronger as a whole, the city network structure factor plays a vital role in the information and agglomeration of Foreign R&D in China.
