阐述了基层党建绩效考核的内涵,探索了量表法、关键绩效指标法、目标管理法、卓越绩效管理法等四种绩效考核方法,在分析长江委基层党建绩效考核的现状和考核难点的基础上,提出了考核方法的选择原则,建议采用关键绩效和平衡计分卡综合应用的绩效考核模式。
闡述瞭基層黨建績效攷覈的內涵,探索瞭量錶法、關鍵績效指標法、目標管理法、卓越績效管理法等四種績效攷覈方法,在分析長江委基層黨建績效攷覈的現狀和攷覈難點的基礎上,提齣瞭攷覈方法的選擇原則,建議採用關鍵績效和平衡計分卡綜閤應用的績效攷覈模式。

The connotation of grassroots Party construction performance appraisal is expounded. Four performance appraisal methods are explored,such as the scaling method,key performance indicators method,target management,excellent performance management and so on.Based on the analysis of the current situation and difficulty of the grassroots Party construction perform-ance appraisal in Changjiang Water Resources Commission,the principle for the selection of as-sessment method is put forward,key performance evaluation model and integrated application of the balanced scorecard performance model are recommended.
