近年来，单株乔木大苗或灌木小苗畅销于赤峰市园林绿化市场，其成因包括客户绿化苗木选择行为、市场价格周期性波动和多元化市场主体竞争等。目前，赤峰市部分苗圃以小规格乔木树种苗木和中等规格丛生灌木为主，面临着苗木滞销、资金紧张和难以收回投资等问题。为使赤峰市上述苗圃摆脱困境，提出发展优质乡土树种、调整苗木树种组成、优化品种结构的生产对策和丰富商品类型、间作或复合经营、生产循序渐进、稳妥地利用容器育苗新技术的经营对策。

Single big trees and little shrubs sold well in Chifeng landscape seedling markets recently caused by the selection behaviors of seedling consumers ,the periodic fluctuation of seedling prices ,and the market compe‐tition of all kinds of nurseries .In the city Chifeng ,some nurseries mainly had little arbor seedlings and middle shrubs ,so they met with the main problems including unsalable seedlings ,lack of funds ,and hard to recoup capital outlay .Some suggestions were given to the struggling nurseries that the production tactics should be used to develop high quality native tree species ,adjust the composition of seedling species ,and optimize the va‐riety structure and the management tactics should be used to enrich the assortment of commodity seedlings , carry out intercropping or diversification ,organize production or extended reproduction step by step ,and safely adopt new container nursery techniques .
