目的:探讨β2受体激动剂与抗胆碱能药物治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的临床效果。方法选取2014年2~9月收治的 COPD 患者76例。随机分为观察组与对照组各38例。对照组采用常规方法治疗,观察组采用β2受体激动剂与抗胆碱能药物治疗,比较2组临床疗效。结果观察组 FVC、FEV1及 FEV1/ FVC 指标均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P ﹤0.05)。对照组总有效率71.05%明显低于观察组的94.74%,差异有统计学意义(P ﹤0.05)。结论β2受体激动剂与抗胆碱能药物治疗 COPD 可有效缓解患者临床症状,促进肺功能恢复,提高临床效果,改善患者生存质量,值得临床推广应用。

목적:탐토β2수체격동제여항담감능약물치료만성조새성폐질병(COPD)적림상효과。방법선취2014년2~9월수치적 COPD 환자76례。수궤분위관찰조여대조조각38례。대조조채용상규방법치료,관찰조채용β2수체격동제여항담감능약물치료,비교2조림상료효。결과관찰조 FVC、FEV1급 FEV1/ FVC 지표균명현고우대조조,차이유통계학의의( P ﹤0.05)。대조조총유효솔71.05%명현저우관찰조적94.74%,차이유통계학의의(P ﹤0.05)。결론β2수체격동제여항담감능약물치료 COPD 가유효완해환자림상증상,촉진폐공능회복,제고림상효과,개선환자생존질량,치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of beta 2 agonists and anti cholinergic drugs in the treatment of COPD. Methods 76 cases of COPD patients. Randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 38 cases. The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the observation group was treated with beta 2 agonists and anti cholinergic drugs,and the clinical efficacy of the 2 groups was compared. Results FEV1 / FVC,FEV1 and FVC in the observa-tion group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P ﹤ 0. 05). The total effective rate of the control group was 94. 74% ,which was significantly lower than that of the observation group(P ﹤0. 05). Conclusion Obviously,beta 2 agonists and anti cholinergic drugs in the treatment of COPD can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms,promote the recovery of lung function,improve the clinical effect,improve the quality of life of patients, it is worthy of clinical application.
