Misoprostol%Mifepristone%Termination of pregnancy
目的：对米非司酮和米索前列醇在终止妊娠孕妇中的临床效果予以探讨分析。方法：随机选取2012年3月至2014年6月在我院接受药物终止妊娠孕妇152例，对其实施有效分组，分别作为对照组（76）与观察组（76），对对照组孕妇单纯使用米非司酮进行治疗，对观察组孕妇使用米非司酮联合米索前列醇进行治疗，比较两组孕妇终止妊娠的临床效果。结果：观察组孕妇的总产程时间、产后出血量、服药至开始宫缩时间均明显少于对照组孕妇，P<0.05，差异具有统计学意义；观察组孕妇的完全流产率为92.1%，明显高于对照组孕妇的39.5%，P<0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论：将米非司酮联合米索前列醇应用到终止妊娠孕妇中，能够有效缩短孕妇总产程时间和服药至开始宫缩时间，减少孕妇产后出血量，提升孕妇完全流产率，值得在临床应用中推广。

목적：대미비사동화미색전렬순재종지임신잉부중적림상효과여이탐토분석。방법：수궤선취2012년3월지2014년6월재아원접수약물종지임신잉부152례，대기실시유효분조，분별작위대조조（76）여관찰조（76），대대조조잉부단순사용미비사동진행치료，대관찰조잉부사용미비사동연합미색전렬순진행치료，비교량조잉부종지임신적림상효과。결과：관찰조잉부적총산정시간、산후출혈량、복약지개시궁축시간균명현소우대조조잉부，P<0.05，차이구유통계학의의；관찰조잉부적완전유산솔위92.1%，명현고우대조조잉부적39.5%，P<0.05，차이구유통계학의의。결론：장미비사동연합미색전렬순응용도종지임신잉부중，능구유효축단잉부총산정시간화복약지개시궁축시간，감소잉부산후출혈량，제승잉부완전유산솔，치득재림상응용중추엄。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of mifepristone and misoprostol in the termination of pregnancy in pregnant women to explore and analyze the clinical effect of.Methods:Randomly selected 2012 March to June 2014 in our hospital accepted medical termination of pregnancy 152 cases,the implementation of effective grouping, respectively, as a control group(76)and observation group(76)and in pregnant women in the control group treated with mifepristone treatment,the observation group of pregnant women using mifepristone combined with misoprostol for treatment, compared two groups of pregnant women terminate pregnancy clinical effect. Results:Observation group of pregnant women,total labor time,postpartum bleeding, medication to start the contraction time was significantly less than that in the pregnant women in the control group,P<0.05,the difference is statistically significant; the observation group of pregnant women and the complete abortion rate of 92.1%)was significantly higher than that of the control group of pregnant women, 39.5%,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Mifepristone Combined with misoprostol to terminate pregnancy in pregnant women,can effectively shorten the pregnant women total duration of kimono drug to start the contraction time,reduce postpartum hemorrhage volume,enhance the complete abortion rate of pregnant women,it is worth popularizing in clinical application.
