目的：研究需氧菌阴道炎（ AV）患者阴道菌群情况，观察运用复方莪术油栓剂及甲硝唑的疗效。方法选取2012年1月至2014年10月收治的200例AV患者作为研究对象，按用药不同分为两组，复方莪术油栓剂组100例，甲硝唑组100例。观察阴道菌群情况，对照比较两组的疗效。结果 AV患者阴道中主要是大肠杆菌，其次是粪肠道球菌和棒状杆菌，再次是金色葡萄球菌。复方莪术油栓剂治疗AV的总有效率（92%）明显高于甲硝唑（77%），差异具有显著性（ P <0.05）。复方莪术油栓剂较甲硝唑能明显改善AV患者的白带增多、白带异味、性交痛和外阴灼烧。结论 AV是由大肠埃希菌、链球菌、葡萄球菌等需氧性细菌引起的阴道炎症，复方莪术油栓剂的疗效明显优于甲硝唑。
목적：연구수양균음도염（ AV）환자음도균군정황，관찰운용복방아술유전제급갑초서적료효。방법선취2012년1월지2014년10월수치적200례AV환자작위연구대상，안용약불동분위량조，복방아술유전제조100례，갑초서조100례。관찰음도균군정황，대조비교량조적료효。결과 AV환자음도중주요시대장간균，기차시분장도구균화봉상간균，재차시금색포도구균。복방아술유전제치료AV적총유효솔（92%）명현고우갑초서（77%），차이구유현저성（ P <0.05）。복방아술유전제교갑초서능명현개선AV환자적백대증다、백대이미、성교통화외음작소。결론 AV시유대장애희균、련구균、포도구균등수양성세균인기적음도염증，복방아술유전제적료효명현우우갑초서。
Objective To survey the bacteria flora of aerobic bacterial vaginitis( AV)and to observe the efficacy of compound curcuma oil plugs and metronidazole in treatment of patients with AV. Methods A total of 200 patients with AV in this hospital during January 2012 to October 2014 were selected as research subjects,and they were divided into two groups according to kinds of drugs applied,100 cases were alloca-ted in compound curcuma oil suppository group,and 100 cases in metronidazole group. The situation of vaginal bacteria flora had been surveyed, and the efficacy rates of drugs were compared between these two groups. Results The vaginal bacteria flora in AV were mainly E. coli,followed by Staphylococcus aureus,Enterococcus faecalis and Corynebacterium. The total efficiency rates of compound curcuma oil plugs and metronidazole in treatment of patients with AV were 92% and 77% respectively( P <0. 05). In comparison with metronidazole,compound curcuma oil plugs can significantly improve the efficacy of treatment in patients with AV,increase the vaginal discharge,improve vaginal odor,and remit dyspareunia and vulvar burning. Conclusion The inflammation of aerobic bacterial vaginitis is caused by Escherichia coli,Streptococcus,Staphylococcus and other aerobic bacteria. The efficacy of compound curcuma oil plugs is superior to that of metronidazole suppositories.
