目前,国内大多数灌区进行渠系水量调配时仍采用手工编制用水计划,经常造成渠系输水时间长、小流量配水、局部无效弃水和水量浪费现象。针对渠系配水优化方法存在通用化程度不高的问题,本方案按“定流量,变历时”运行时流量调度最优组合方案进行优化配水。本方案以各轮灌组引水持续时间差异最小为目标。这实际上是配水渠道引水优化的一种最优组合。

At present,domestic water plant is worked out by manual method when most of the irrigation canal system water are allocated.It often causes that the water delivery time through canal system was longer ,In ad-dition,small flow water distribution,local invalid abandoned water and waste water is also its undesirable phe-nomenon.In view of the canal water distribution problems ,it does not have a high level of generalization of op-timization methods.This scheme uses traffic scheduling as optimization of water distribution according to “Con-stant flow,variable duration”.This paper takes the minimum difference of irrigation water duration each group-ing as the target;it is actually an optimal water distribution channel and irrigation water combination.
