目的:探究Raf激酶抑制蛋白(RKIP)和上皮钙黏蛋白(E-cadherin)在结肠癌旁正常黏膜及结肠癌组织中的表达及其在结肠癌发生、发展中的作用。方法:随机选取我院于2012年9月至2014年3月收治的结肠癌患者50例为研究对象。取肿瘤组织黏膜为实验组,癌旁正常黏膜组织为对照组,采用免疫组化法检测Raf激酶抑制蛋白及上皮型钙黏蛋白水平。结果:两组患者中结肠癌旁正常黏膜与结肠癌组织黏膜中的Raf激酶抑制蛋白及上皮型钙黏蛋白阳性表达具有明显差异,对照组Raf激酶抑制蛋白阳性率高达96.0%,而实验组阳性率仅为38.0%(χ2=38.03);实验组中的上皮型钙黏蛋白阳性表达率仅26.0%,明显低于对照组的88.0%(χ2=67.48),以上差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:Raf激酶抑制蛋白及上皮型钙黏蛋白在结肠癌患处黏膜的阳性表达显著低于结肠癌旁黏膜,由此我们可以推测这两种蛋白质分子低表达水平可能与结肠癌的发生发展密切相关。

목적:탐구Raf격매억제단백(RKIP)화상피개점단백(E-cadherin)재결장암방정상점막급결장암조직중적표체급기재결장암발생、발전중적작용。방법:수궤선취아원우2012년9월지2014년3월수치적결장암환자50례위연구대상。취종류조직점막위실험조,암방정상점막조직위대조조,채용면역조화법검측Raf격매억제단백급상피형개점단백수평。결과:량조환자중결장암방정상점막여결장암조직점막중적Raf격매억제단백급상피형개점단백양성표체구유명현차이,대조조Raf격매억제단백양성솔고체96.0%,이실험조양성솔부위38.0%(χ2=38.03);실험조중적상피형개점단백양성표체솔부26.0%,명현저우대조조적88.0%(χ2=67.48),이상차이균구유통계학의의(P<0.001)。결론:Raf격매억제단백급상피형개점단백재결장암환처점막적양성표체현저저우결장암방점막,유차아문가이추측저량충단백질분자저표체수평가능여결장암적발생발전밀절상관。
Objective: To investigate the expression of Raf Kinase Inhibitor Protein (RKIP) and E-cadher in colon cancer tissue and adjacent normal tissue and its role in the occurrence and development of colon cancer.Methods:We selected randomly 50 patients as the object who were diagnosed with colon cancer from September 2012 to March 2014 in our hospital,and take the cancer tissue as experimental group,the adjacent normal tissue as control group.Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression level of RKIP and E-cadherin the two groups.Results: There was significant difference in the expression level of RKIP and E-cadherin the two groups.The positive rate of RKIP and E-cadher in the control group were as high as 96% and 88% respectively,while the control grouponly 38% and 26%.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.001).Conclusion: The expression level of RKIP and E-cadher in colon cancer tissues were significantly lower than the adjacent normal tissue,so we speculate that the lower expression level of this two proteins may be closely related to the occurrence and development of colon cancer.
