反腐倡廉如何从制度、机制上遏制腐败是一个亟待解决的问题。对“四风”病灶的深刻剖析是药到病除的先决条件。从现象到本质、从内涵到外延，深刻揭示了“四风”的内涵及其相互关系，进而指出，形式与内容相互依存，“官僚主义”就是“四风”的核心内容，而“形式主义、享乐主义、奢靡之风”就是“四风”的外在形式。

In anti-corruption work,how to curb corruption from the system and mechanism is a se-rious problem to be solved.A profound analysis of the nidus is a prerequisite to cure the patient. The connotations and interrelation of "the four forms of undesirable work styles" are revealed from phenomenon to essence,from connotation to denotation.It is pointed out that the form and content are interdependent."Bureaucracy" is the core content,while "formalism,hedonism and extravagance" are the external form .
