对佳木斯市某小学12名在学校周边“小餐桌”就餐时造成食物中毒的学生进行流行病学调查,结果判定是由蜡样芽孢杆菌污染蛋炒饭导致的食物中毒事件。为了防止此类食物中毒事件的再次发生,疾控部门要求从业人员每年必须进行健康体检,取得健康许可证后方可上岗,并对其加强食品安全知识培训,严把卫生质量关。
