目的：探讨治疗小儿疱疹性口炎安全有效的治疗方案。方法：选择2011年7月至2014年7月三年间符合《实用儿科学》第七版疱疹性口炎的临床病例240例，随机分成治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用甘草锌与喜炎平联合治疗，对照组采用利巴韦林治疗，持续治疗3天。结果：两组在发病年龄、病程等方面均具有可比性（P＞0.05），治疗组退热时间为（37.54±17.44）小时，与对照组（49.45±20.57）相比明显缩短，具有统计学意义（P＜0.01）；治疗组溃疡消退时间为（68.73±24.24）小时，与对照组（103.10±42.85）相比明显缩短，具有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。治疗组显效率（81.67%）显著高于对照组（45.83%）。结论：喜炎平具有抗病毒、抗炎、清热解毒及增强细胞免疫作用，甘草锌是由甘草酸与锌结合制得的锌制剂，具有抗炎、促进皮肤黏膜愈合的作用。两药联合治疗小儿疱疹性口炎具有较好的临床疗效，为治疗小儿疱疹性口炎提供了一种安全、有效的治疗方案。
目的：探討治療小兒皰疹性口炎安全有效的治療方案。方法：選擇2011年7月至2014年7月三年間符閤《實用兒科學》第七版皰疹性口炎的臨床病例240例，隨機分成治療組和對照組。治療組採用甘草鋅與喜炎平聯閤治療，對照組採用利巴韋林治療，持續治療3天。結果：兩組在髮病年齡、病程等方麵均具有可比性（P＞0.05），治療組退熱時間為（37.54±17.44）小時，與對照組（49.45±20.57）相比明顯縮短，具有統計學意義（P＜0.01）；治療組潰瘍消退時間為（68.73±24.24）小時，與對照組（103.10±42.85）相比明顯縮短，具有統計學意義（P＜0.01）。治療組顯效率（81.67%）顯著高于對照組（45.83%）。結論：喜炎平具有抗病毒、抗炎、清熱解毒及增彊細胞免疫作用，甘草鋅是由甘草痠與鋅結閤製得的鋅製劑，具有抗炎、促進皮膚黏膜愈閤的作用。兩藥聯閤治療小兒皰疹性口炎具有較好的臨床療效，為治療小兒皰疹性口炎提供瞭一種安全、有效的治療方案。
목적：탐토치료소인포진성구염안전유효적치료방안。방법：선택2011년7월지2014년7월삼년간부합《실용인과학》제칠판포진성구염적림상병례240례，수궤분성치료조화대조조。치료조채용감초자여희염평연합치료，대조조채용리파위림치료，지속치료3천。결과：량조재발병년령、병정등방면균구유가비성（P＞0.05），치료조퇴열시간위（37.54±17.44）소시，여대조조（49.45±20.57）상비명현축단，구유통계학의의（P＜0.01）；치료조궤양소퇴시간위（68.73±24.24）소시，여대조조（103.10±42.85）상비명현축단，구유통계학의의（P＜0.01）。치료조현효솔（81.67%）현저고우대조조（45.83%）。결론：희염평구유항병독、항염、청열해독급증강세포면역작용，감초자시유감초산여자결합제득적자제제，구유항염、촉진피부점막유합적작용。량약연합치료소인포진성구염구유교호적림상료효，위치료소인포진성구염제공료일충안전、유효적치료방안。
Objective: To investigate the treatment is safe and effective in children with herpetic stomatitis.Methods: Choose 240 cases which in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of herpetic stomatitis from 2011 July to 2014 July, were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. Treatment group was giving Licorice Zinc and Xiyanping, control group using the Ribavirin, continuous treatment for 3 days.Results: Two groups were comparable in age and course of disease (P>0.05). And the time until fever clearance was (37.54±17.44) hours in treatment group, but (49.45±20.57) hours in control group, Two groups were significant difference (P<0.01). Ulcer elapsed time of the treatment group was (68.73±24.24) hours, and control group was (103.10 ±42.85) hours. Two groups were significant difference (P<0.01). The significant efficiency of treatment group is 81.67%, and the control group was 45.83%.Conclusion: The pharmacological of Xiyanping was antiviral, anti-inflammatory, detoxification and enhances the cellular immune function. Licorice Zinc is composed of glycyrrhizin and zinc, the pharmacological actions was anti-inflammatory, and promotes the skin mucous membrane healing. These two drugs in the treatment of children with herpetic steatites has better clinical curative effect, provides a safe, effective therapy for the treatment of children with herpetic stomatitis.
