目的：对儿童过敏性疾病患者血清特异性IgE抗体（ sIgE）和总IgE抗体（ TIgE）进行检测和分析，从而更好地为临床诊断和治疗提供依据。方法利用免疫印迹法对我院329例过敏性疾病患儿进行sIgE和TIgE检测。结果 TIgE的阳性检出率（86．6％）高于sIgE的阳性检出率（51．7％），两者之间存在统计学差异（ P＜0．01）。结论总IgE和特异性IgE在儿童过敏性疾病中的阳性率存在差异，联合检测sIgE和TIgE并综合分析可以为儿童过敏性疾病的诊断和治疗提供很好的依据。

Objective To detect and analyze serum specific IgE anti-bodies ( sIgE ) and total IgE antibody (TIgE) of Pediatric patients with allergic disease, in order to better provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods The serum levels of TIgE and sIgE in 329 children with allergic diseases were detected by using immunoblotting.Results Positive rate of TIgE (86.6%) were higher than positive rate of sIgE (51.7%), There were significant differences between the two (P<0.01).Conclusions Differences are in the positive rate of total IgE and specific IgE in children with allergic diseases, combined detection of sIgE and TIgE and comprehensive analysis can provide a good basis for the diagnosis and treatment of children with allergic diseases.
