目的：探讨缺血性脑梗塞患者脑动脉血流动力学参数与健康成人之间的差异。方法脑梗死患者（患者组）及健康成人（对照组）各52例，应用彩色多普勒超声分别检测：（1）颈动脉内中膜厚度（IMT）；（2）动脉硬化斑块引起的血管狭窄度；（3）平均血流速度（Wm）；（4）搏动指数（PI）；（5）阻力指数（ RI）；（6）颅内外侧支循环方式6项指标并分别进行比较。结果患者组6项参数均高于对照组（ P＜0．01）。结论脑梗塞患者血流动力学参数明显高于健康成人组，彩色多普勒超声通过检测血流动力学参数预测脑梗死具有一定意义。
목적：탐토결혈성뇌경새환자뇌동맥혈류동역학삼수여건강성인지간적차이。방법뇌경사환자（환자조）급건강성인（대조조）각52례，응용채색다보륵초성분별검측：（1）경동맥내중막후도（IMT）；（2）동맥경화반괴인기적혈관협착도；（3）평균혈류속도（Wm）；（4）박동지수（PI）；（5）조력지수（ RI）；（6）로내외측지순배방식6항지표병분별진행비교。결과환자조6항삼수균고우대조조（ P＜0．01）。결론뇌경새환자혈류동역학삼수명현고우건강성인조，채색다보륵초성통과검측혈류동역학삼수예측뇌경사구유일정의의。
Objective On patients with ischemic cerebral infarction cerebral blood flow mechanics parameters and the difference between healthy adults. Methods Patients with cerebral infarction patients ( group) and healthy adults all 52 cases ( control group ) .Application of color Doppler ultrasonic detection respectively 1.The carotid artery-in the film thickness (IMT), 2.The degree of vascular stenosis caused by atherosclerotic plaques 3.The average blood flow velocity (Wm), 4.Pulsation index (PI), 5.The resistance index ( RI), 6.Intracranial lateral branch circulation way.And six indicators and compared respectively. Results Six parameters in patients group were higher than the control group (P<0.01).Conclusions Health in hemodynamic parameters was significantly higher in patients with cerebral infarction, Color Doppler ultrasound can detect the changes of hemodynamic parameters through hardening of the arteries and correlated with the occurrence of cerebral infarction, and prevention and control.
