目的：观察拉呋替丁治疗消化性溃疡的疗效及安全性。方法：采用随机对照，按入选标准将入选患者随机分为治疗组（40例）和对照组（40例）两组。治疗组给予拉呋替丁10mg，每天2次，加泮托拉唑40mg，每天2次；对照组给予洋托拉唑40mg，每天2次。连续服用4周。观察治疗后溃疡的愈合情况以及症状评分。结果：治疗组愈合率为32.5%，对照组愈合率为25%，治疗组有效率为95%，对照组有效率为92.5%；治疗前后对两组均能显著降低症状的评分，在疼痛和反酸两个指标方面试验组症状评分均低于对照组。两组患者临床有效率比较无显著性差异（P＞0.05），但两组临床愈合率间比较有显著性差异（P＜0.05），两组均未发生严重不良反应。结论：拉呋替丁可有效促进消化性溃疡的愈合，改善临床症状，安全性能好。
목적：관찰랍부체정치료소화성궤양적료효급안전성。방법：채용수궤대조，안입선표준장입선환자수궤분위치료조（40례）화대조조（40례）량조。치료조급여랍부체정10mg，매천2차，가반탁랍서40mg，매천2차；대조조급여양탁랍서40mg，매천2차。련속복용4주。관찰치료후궤양적유합정황이급증상평분。결과：치료조유합솔위32.5%，대조조유합솔위25%，치료조유효솔위95%，대조조유효솔위92.5%；치료전후대량조균능현저강저증상적평분，재동통화반산량개지표방면시험조증상평분균저우대조조。량조환자림상유효솔비교무현저성차이（P＞0.05），단량조림상유합솔간비교유현저성차이（P＜0.05），량조균미발생엄중불량반응。결론：랍부체정가유효촉진소화성궤양적유합，개선림상증상，안전성능호。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of lafutidine in treating peptic ulcer.Methods:Using randomized controlled,according to the criteria for the selected patients were randomly divided into treatment group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases) of two group.The treatment group was given lafutidine 10mg,2 times a day,combined with pantoprazole 40mg,2 times a day;Continuous treatment for 4 weeks.They were observed after treatment of ulcer healing and symptom score.Results:The healing rate was 32.5% in treatment group,control group was 25%.The effective rate of treatment group was 95%,the control group was 92.5%.Before and after treatment in two groups can significantly reduce the symptoms score,pain and acid regurgitation scores of test group of were lower than the control group.There is no significant difference in two groups with clinical efficiency,but the two groups had significant difference between the clinical healingrate.Conclusion:Lafutidine can effectively promote the healing of peptic ulcer,improve the clinical symptoms and keep high safety.
