介绍了军队医院开展卫生装备操作训练的主要做法，指出了训练中存在的训练内容不够全面、组训方法不够有效、保障条件不够完善等3个方面的问题。提出了军队医院要更加重视野战卫生装备建设、严格落实训练计划、扎实开展岗位练兵活动、注重在实战条件下检验卫生装备保障效能等建议，使野战卫生装备实际保障能力得到有效提高。

The practices of military hospital medical equipment operation training were introduced, and the problems were pointed out in training content, organization and support. Some suggestions were put forward from the aspects of field medical equipment development, training plan, post-based training and etc so as to enhance the supportability of field medical equipment.
