Electronic sphygmomanometers have been used widely by many families, but their accuracy of measurement was doubt by the users. According to standard of YY 0670-2008 “Non-invasive Automated Sphygmomanometers”, this article was reported the testing and comparisons of repeatability of the upper arm electronic sphygmomanometers and the wrist electronic sphygmomanometers and the accuracy of pressure sensors. This article provided the scientiifc basis and data for the users.
