随着网络舆论对大学生影响越来越大，辅导员对网络舆论的适时引导成为重要职责之一。但是目前，辅导员在舆论引导中还存在不善用网络；单兵作战；缺乏组织监控的问题。针对这个问题，提出三项对策：辅导员善用自媒体和校园媒体把握网络思政主动权；辅导员进行舆情监控和研判，对突发事件有应急处置能力；加强辅导员舆论引导队伍建设。
