本文采用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈等多种方法,调查分析大理学院学生对公共体育选项课的认知现状,包括对该课程的认知程度、认知态度,旨在促进高校公共体育选项课的改革和发展.研究结果表明:大学生对学校开设公共体育选项课的必要性认识程度较高;大学生选课的动机是多层次的,大部分学生选课的动机是积极正确的;大学生选课更加注重场地设施、教学内容;男生喜爱激烈对抗性运动项目的课程,女生较喜欢有氧运动项目课程;选课机制存在弊端.

By means of literature review, questionnaire, interview and other research methods,This paper investigates and analyzes the cognition of the P. E. Selective Courses in Dali University students. The cognition includes the cognitive level, cognitive attitude of the course, aiming at promoting the reform and development of the P. E. selective courses in colleges and universities. The results show that the students had a better cognition of the necessity of opening the P. E. selective courses in colleges and universities; the learning motivations of students are many levels; the motivations for the choice of the majority students are positive; students pay more attention to the facilities and teaching contents of the course; boy students like the curriculum of the intense confrontational sports; girls like aerobics project courses better; there are some drawbacks in course selection mechanisms .
