以富含石英的煤矸石为主要原料,经NaOH 碱熔活化、水热反应合成出13X 型分子筛‐活性炭复合材料。首先将与NaOH 混合后的煤矸石在Ar气氛中高温活化,然后将活化后产物加入到一定浓度的NaOH 溶液中,分别研究了钠硅比、水钠比、陈化时间与晶化时间对产物的影响。最后,通过XRD 、SEM考察了复合材料的物相及形貌,并研究其对SO2的吸附性能。结果表明,产物为纯净的13X 型分子筛‐活性炭复合材料,晶形完好、平均粒径为1~2μm ;其对SO2吸附量为50.3 mg/g 。

이부함석영적매안석위주요원료,경NaOH 감용활화、수열반응합성출13X 형분자사‐활성탄복합재료。수선장여NaOH 혼합후적매안석재Ar기분중고온활화,연후장활화후산물가입도일정농도적NaOH 용액중,분별연구료납규비、수납비、진화시간여정화시간대산물적영향。최후,통과XRD 、SEM고찰료복합재료적물상급형모,병연구기대SO2적흡부성능。결과표명,산물위순정적13X 형분자사‐활성탄복합재료,정형완호、평균립경위1~2μm ;기대SO2흡부량위50.3 mg/g 。
13X type zeolite molecular sieves‐activated carbon composites were synthesized by NaOH fusion from quartz riched coal gangue followed by hydrothermal treatment .The coal gangue was firstly activated with NaOH in the flowing of Ar at high temperature ,and then the product was treated in NaOH solution .The effects of alkali content ,the ratio of water and sodium ,aging time and crystallization time on product were in‐vestigated .At last ,the product was characterized by XRD ,SEM and SO2 adsorption property was also investi‐gated .The results showed that the products were pure 13X type zeolite molecular sieves‐activated carbon with complete crystal form ,the average particle size was about 1‐2 μm and adsorption capacity of SO2 was about 503.mg/g .
