目的：探讨去甲斑鳌素与淫羊藿联合对原发性肝癌的临床效果分析。方法：选取笔者所在医院2012年7月-2014年9月就诊的84例原发性肝癌患者，按照随机数字表法分为A、B两组。B组患者采用西药对症处理为主，A组患者在B组的基础上给予去甲斑蝥素和淫羊藿。结果：A组有效率为61.0%，B组有效率为32.6%，差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.81，P<0.01)；治疗后，A组患者血清ALT、AST及ALB水平与B组相比均明显降低，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；A组患者血清AFP水平与B组相比明显降低，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：去甲斑蝥素与淫羊藿联合治疗原发性肝癌，能缓解症状，改善患者的肝功能，提高其临床治疗总体效果，具有临床应用推广价值。

목적：탐토거갑반오소여음양곽연합대원발성간암적림상효과분석。방법：선취필자소재의원2012년7월-2014년9월취진적84례원발성간암환자，안조수궤수자표법분위A、B량조。B조환자채용서약대증처리위주，A조환자재B조적기출상급여거갑반모소화음양곽。결과：A조유효솔위61.0%，B조유효솔위32.6%，차이유통계학의의(χ2=6.81，P<0.01)；치료후，A조환자혈청ALT、AST급ALB수평여B조상비균명현강저，차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)；A조환자혈청AFP수평여B조상비명현강저，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론：거갑반모소여음양곽연합치료원발성간암，능완해증상，개선환자적간공능，제고기림상치료총체효과，구유림상응용추엄개치。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect analysis of norcantharidin combined with epimedium in the treatment of primary liver cancer.Method:84 patients with primary liver cancer from July 2012 to September 2014 in our hospitalwere randomly divided into A and B two groups. B group were treated by western drug symptomatic treatment, A group on the basis of the B group gived the patients norcantharidin and epimedium.Result:The effective rate of A group was 61.0%, the effective rate of B group was 32.6%, compared two groups, the difference was statistically significant (χ2=6.81,P<0.01);After treatment,the serum ALT, AST and ALB levels of A group compared with the B group were decreased, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); A group patients serum the level of AFP compared with the B group decreased,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Norcantharidin combined with epimedium in the treatment of primary liver cancer, can alleviate the symptoms, improve the liver function of patients, improve the clinical treatment of the overall effect, has the clinical application value.
