目的：研究不同类型复杂踝关节骨折手术的方法，进而评估其临床效果。方法：应用不同手术内固定方法治疗踝关节骨折45例，在手术后4～48个月对患者进行随访。结果：在手术后大约4～12个月，所有患者踝关节骨折处均愈合完好。根据AOFAS对手术的临床效果进行评分，45例患者评分为95～100分，均值为98.3分。结论：对于不同踝关节骨折需及时给予相应的手术治疗。另外，做好复位和固定是进行踝关节手术的关键环节。
목적：연구불동류형복잡과관절골절수술적방법，진이평고기림상효과。방법：응용불동수술내고정방법치료과관절골절45례，재수술후4～48개월대환자진행수방。결과：재수술후대약4～12개월，소유환자과관절골절처균유합완호。근거AOFAS대수술적림상효과진행평분，45례환자평분위95～100분，균치위98.3분。결론：대우불동과관절골절수급시급여상응적수술치료。령외，주호복위화고정시진행과관절수술적관건배절。
Objective: To investigate the surgical methods for different complexankle fractures,then to evaluate the clinical curative effect.Methods:45 patients were treated with different internal fixation for ankle joints fracture and were followed-uPbetween 4 and 48 months.Results:All of the patients’ fractures healed uPwell in 4 to 12 months after operation.Scoring the clinical curative effect is from 95 to 100 according to AOFAS,and the averaged value is 98.3.Conclusion: The different complex ankle injuries should be treated timely with corresponding internal fixation.In addition,the favorable reduction and fixation is critical for the surgical treatment of ankle joints fractures.
