每一个区域都有其典型的地域特色。东北地区四季分明，尤其冬季有着明显的冰雪特色。特色学校是指各类学校根据自身状况，找到有利于发展的切合点，进行特色塑造，从而形成整体的、稳定的、科学的、独特的办学风格。然而，特色学校的创建离不开区域文化的影响。一个地区的区域文化涵盖了整个地区的资源特点、人文品味、区域需求等。本文着力透过对基于冰雪文化的、东北地区的特色学校建设问题的研究，阐明区域特色文化对特色学校的影响。

Each region has its typical local characteristics. The four seasons in northeast China, especially have obvious features of ice and snow in winter. Feature refers to all kinds of schools according to their own situation, found to suit a point of development, characteristic shape, to form a whole, stable, scientific, unique way of teaching. However, the characteristic school created without the influence of regional culture.
