目的：研究精神病专科实施开放式管理在提高住院患者治愈率及社会适应能力中的效果。方法将2013年1月至2014年1月的100例精神病患者按入院的顺序进行排列，从中随机抽出50例为观察组，50例为对照组。对于对照组中的50例患者进行传统的封闭式的病房管理，而对于观察组中的患者则采取开放式病房的管理方法，观察并分析患者的治疗效果，记录相关的指标。结果观察组的治愈率为30％，好转率为60％，未治愈率为10％。而对照组的治愈率为16％，好转率为40％，未治愈率为44％。观察组比对照组效果更好，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。观察组的重新工作率为40％，做家务的比率为40％，工作能力较弱的为10％，一年内复发的比例为10％。而对照组的重新工作率为30％，做家务的比率为30％，工作能力较弱的为20％，一年内复发的比例为20％。观察组比对照组效果更好，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论精神病专科实施开放式管理能有效提高住院患者的治愈率及其社会适应能力，这种病房的管理模式是正确有效的，值得临床上加以推广。

Objective To research the implementation of effectopen management in improving the cure rate of hospitalized patients and the social adaptationability.Methods 100 cases of spirit patients were rangedaccording to admission orderduringJanuary2013 to January2014.They were randomly divided into two groups, 50 patients in each group.Patients in the control group used traditionalclosed wardmanagement, the patients of the observation group took open wardmanagement method, observed and analyzed the treatment effect of patients and recorded related parameters.Results In observation group, the cure rate was 30%, improvement rate was 60%and the failure rate was 10%.Whilein the control group, the cure rate was 16%, improvement rate was 40%, the failure rate was 44%.The treatment effect of observation group was better than that of control group (P<0.05).The rate of patients back to work in observation group was 40%, the ratio of patients do housework in observation groupwas 40%, 10%of patients with weakwork ability, recurrence rate within a year was 10%. While these were 30%, 30%, 20%and 20%in control group.The effect of the observation group was better than the control group.Conclusions Open management for psychiatric patients can effectively improve the cure rate and the social adaptation ability.This management model is correct and effective, which is worthy of promotion to clinical.
