This paper introduces the process principle of leave slag -double slag, and gives a detailed description of the process test in combination with process conditions of 40T production line.By the means of controlling the lance height and adjusting slag material loading method, etc, the actual effect is acquired with 0.012%of the end phosphorus content, 8.14 kg/t reduction of lime consumption, 10.17kg/t reduction of raw dolomite consumption and 0.6%reduction of blowing loss.
