目的：探讨支气管哮喘（寒哮）采取加味射干黄麻汤治疗的临床疗效分析。方法选择我院2011年2月至2014年1月收治的80例支气管哮喘患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组40例，观察组40例，对照组采取常规治疗，观察组在对照组基础上实施加味射干麻黄汤治疗，对两组患者疗效进行分析。结果观察组治疗总有效率为92．50％，对照组为72．50％，观察组明显较对照组高（P＜0．05）。经治疗后症状积分对比显示，观察组症状积分明显低于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论对支气管哮喘患者实施加味射干麻黄汤治疗，可将临床效果提高，降低症状积分，改善患者生活质量，适用性广，利于远期预后，值得临床推广。
목적：탐토지기관효천（한효）채취가미사간황마탕치료적림상료효분석。방법선택아원2011년2월지2014년1월수치적80례지기관효천환자위연구대상，수궤분위대조조40례，관찰조40례，대조조채취상규치료，관찰조재대조조기출상실시가미사간마황탕치료，대량조환자료효진행분석。결과관찰조치료총유효솔위92．50％，대조조위72．50％，관찰조명현교대조조고（P＜0．05）。경치료후증상적분대비현시，관찰조증상적분명현저우대조조（P＜0．05）。결론대지기관효천환자실시가미사간마황탕치료，가장림상효과제고，강저증상적분，개선환자생활질량，괄용성엄，리우원기예후，치득림상추엄。
Objective To investigate the clinical curative effectof Jiawei-Shegan-Mahuang decoction in the treatment of bronchial asthma ( cold asthma ) .Methods 80 cases of bronchial asthma patients get treatment in our hospital during February 2011 and January 2014 were chosen as the research object, and randomly divided them into control group and observation group, 40 cases in in each group.Patients in control group taken conventional treatment, patients in the observation group received modifiedShegan -Mahuang Decoction on the basis of the control group, the efficacy of the two groups of patients were analyzed.Results In the observation group the total effective rate was 92.50%, it was 72.50% in the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( P <0.05).After the treatment the symptom integral comparison shows, thesymptom scorein observation group was significantly lower than the control group ( P<0. 05).Conclusions The implementation ofmodified Shegan -Mahuangdecoction in the treatment of bronchial asthma patients can improve the clinical effect, reduce the symptoms integral, improve the life quality of patients, it still with wide applicability, conducive to the long-term prognosis, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
