目的：探讨曲美他嗪在缺血性心肌病心力衰竭治疗中临床应用效果。方法收集我院收治的100例缺血性心肌病心力衰竭患者，将所有患者平均分为观察组和对照组。使用常规治疗方法对对照组患者治疗，使用曲美他嗪对观察组患者治疗。结果观察组患者治疗后效果优于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在对缺血性心肌病心力衰竭患者实施治疗的过程中对于患者实施曲美他嗪的治疗效果更好。
목적：탐토곡미타진재결혈성심기병심력쇠갈치료중림상응용효과。방법수집아원수치적100례결혈성심기병심력쇠갈환자，장소유환자평균분위관찰조화대조조。사용상규치료방법대대조조환자치료，사용곡미타진대관찰조환자치료。결과관찰조환자치료후효과우우대조조환자，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론재대결혈성심기병심력쇠갈환자실시치료적과정중대우환자실시곡미타진적치료효과경호。
Objective To explore the trimetazidine in ischemic cardiomyopathy heart failure therapy clinical effect. Methods 100 cases of patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy heart failure were chosen in our hospital, using conventional methods to implement treatment, observation group of patients on the basis of conventional treatment with trimetazidine treatment. Results The observation group of patients after treatment effect is obvious higher than the control group of patients after treatment, as the significant difference, difference difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy heart failure in the process of implementation of treatment for patients with implementation of trimetazidine treatment effect is better.
