肺与大肠相表里，二者在生理上相互联系，在病理上相互影响，临床治疗上常见肺病治肠、肠病治肺、肺肠同治，然诸多治法当中，不离对肺肠气机运动的调理。文章从气机升降角度出发，探讨肺肠气机运动的理论内涵，提出在肺肠相关疾病的治疗中应当以顺应二者气机运动特性，维护二者升降关系，调动二者升降的内在动力为治疗的根本。

The lung and large intestine are interior-exteriorly related.The two interrelated in physiology and mutually influential in pathology.Clinical treatment is common to see lung disease treating from bowel,bowel disease treating from lung,and simultane-ous treatment on both lung and intestine.In so many treatment,regulating qi activity of lung and large intestine is necessary.From the perspective of Qi activity,this paper explored the theoretical connotation of the lung and the large intestine Qi activity,put for-ward the idea of treating lung and intestine diseases should meet the lifting Qi characteristics of the lung and the large intestine, maintain the relationship of Qi activities between lung and the large intestine,and mobilize the inherent power of two lifting for the fundamental treatment.
