李东垣《脾胃论》指出:1)脾无正形于四季之末各旺一十八日以生四脏,四季者辰戌丑未是也;2)人身形以应九野,左足主立春丑位是也,左手主立夏辰位是也,右手主立秋未位是也,右足主立冬戌位是也。由后天八卦的对应关系可建立四象脾“土”即四象启、承之“土”模型:艮土、巽土、坤土、乾土。其中寅、巳、申、亥为启土,对应立春、立夏、立秋、立冬;辰、未、戌、丑为承土,即“四季之末一十八日”所对应之土。提示脾胃作为枢机在四时六气更替中发挥启、承之枢转作用时的不同状态有其独特的模型特点。人体脏腑气血的升降出入是维系生命活动之关键,而枢机体现的是脏腑间生克制衡关系,枢机不利则疾病丛生。多年来,我们应用经络红外热成像检测观察到在四时六气中脾胃枢机主令阶段平和性经络红外热像图出现几率会明显增加,而病变经络的失衡状态在此阶段也会得到一定的纠正而趋向相对平衡。因而,认为借天地枢机之力以调人体之枢机,即“以枢调枢”能使脏腑气机通调,由此疾病虽成于枢机也可止于枢机,故对四象启、承之“土”在四时六气中“以枢调枢”和五脏的应用进行了探索。

리동원《비위론》지출:1)비무정형우사계지말각왕일십팔일이생사장,사계자신술축미시야;2)인신형이응구야,좌족주립춘축위시야,좌수주립하신위시야,우수주립추미위시야,우족주입동술위시야。유후천팔괘적대응관계가건립사상비“토”즉사상계、승지“토”모형:간토、손토、곤토、건토。기중인、사、신、해위계토,대응립춘、립하、립추、입동;신、미、술、축위승토,즉“사계지말일십팔일”소대응지토。제시비위작위추궤재사시육기경체중발휘계、승지추전작용시적불동상태유기독특적모형특점。인체장부기혈적승강출입시유계생명활동지관건,이추궤체현적시장부간생극제형관계,추궤불리칙질병총생。다년래,아문응용경락홍외열성상검측관찰도재사시육기중비위추궤주령계단평화성경락홍외열상도출현궤솔회명현증가,이병변경락적실형상태재차계단야회득도일정적규정이추향상대평형。인이,인위차천지추궤지력이조인체지추궤,즉“이추조추”능사장부기궤통조,유차질병수성우추궤야가지우추궤,고대사상계、승지“토”재사시육기중“이추조추”화오장적응용진행료탐색。
Li Dongyuan pointed out in his book Treatise on Spleen and Stomach that firstly,the spleen does not have its own shape,it flourishes for 1 8 days at the end of each seasons(chen,xu,chou,wei),to generate the other four Viscera;secondly, human body is connected to the nine positions:the left foot stands for the beginning of spring,its position is chou,the left hand stands for the beginning of summer,its position is chen,the right foot stands for the beginning of autumn,its position is wei,the right hand stands for the beginning of winter,its position is xu.Based on the correspondence relationship of houtianbagua,the Six-iang Spleen Earth Model can be established:gentu,xuntu,kuntu,qiantu.Yin,Si,Shen,Hai are Qi Earth,corresponding to the beginning of spring,beginning of summer,beginning of autumn,the beginning of winter;Chen,Wei,Xu,chou are Chen Earth, corresponding to the 1 8 days at the end of each seasons.This suggests that the spleen,as the key player on the process of Four Seasons and Six Natural Factors alternate,has its own unique effects.The flowing of blood and viscera is the key to sustaining life activities,while the pivot reflects the relationship of generation and restriction of the viscera.An unfavorable pivot can lead the hu-man body to all sorts of diseases.In the past years,we used infrared thermal imaging to observe the meridian infrared thermal ima-ges,and found out that the appearance rate of pinghe level meridian infrared thermal images is significantly increased during the stage of piwei pivot,and the imbalance of meridian is corrected to a certain extent at this stage.Thus,considering regulating the human pivot by universal pivot,it is feasible to regain the normal flowing of the viscera.Therefore,diseases that originate from pivot can be healed with pivot.Hence,we study the application of Four Seasons and Six Natural Factors in the method regulating pivot by pivot and Five Viscera.
