为提高机动卫勤分队人员战场急救技能,应用多种信息模拟技术,结合仿真模拟人系统,参照中国人民解放军总后勤部机动卫勤分队训练教材和第三军医大学西南医院机动卫勤分队训练教材,开设战地基础心肺复苏术训练课程及考核。培训后学员操作总及格率远远高于培训前,差异有统计学意义。团队配合成绩与救治成功率与培训前相比,有很大幅度提高,差异非常显著。参训人员中100%认为训练该课目非常必要,实用且贴近实战。通过人工合成训练环境结合模拟人系统,最大程度实现战场现实环境综合演练考核,能够有效地提高机动卫勤分队人员的急救操作能力和团结协作能力。

To find an effective training method for improving the battlefield first aid skills of military mobile health service team personnel.To open field based cardiopulmonary resuscitation training courses and tests by using various information simulation technologies and simulation human system.The textbook for the course were refer-enced to the mobile medical unit training materials of General Logistics Department of Chinese People's Liberation Army and Chongqing Southwest Hospital military mobile health service team training materials.After the training, the total pass rate of the operation was statistically higher than that before the training.Team performance and suc-cess rate of treatment was also significantly improved than those before the training. 100% of participants believed the training courses very necessary, real and practical.With the artificial integrated training environment and com-puter simulation system, real time battlefield environment was achieved, and field based cardiopulmonary resuscita-tion training and assessment were carried out with satisfactory outcomes, which could effectively improve the militar-y mobile health service team personnel emergency operation ability and unit cooperation ability.
