Since 2014, facing grim situation of iron and steel market, the company efforts to implement low cost strategy. The iron making plant adopted home-grown and reduced the concentrate grade for the furnace, improved batching of bitumi-nous coal ratio and other cost reduction measures.In order to ensure stable after the feed grade decline of the furnace blast furnace, pulverized coal injection ratio was appropriately controlled, proper adjustment of coke load was made, and good results has been achieved.
