目的:探讨分析匹多莫德在儿科呼吸系统反复感染的临床治疗应用,对其临床效果进行研究。方法2011年1月~2012年1月我院一共对60例儿科呼吸系统反复感染患儿进行了研究分析,将这些患儿分组为对照组和观察组。对照组患儿接受抗感染治疗,使用止咳化痰和雾化吸入等措施,观察组患儿在对照组基础上增加匹多莫德治疗,根据患儿的临床治疗效果来进行讨论分析。结果两组患儿经用药治疗后,均有较大的改善,观察组患儿的喘息以及咳嗽等症状比起对照组改善的幅度更大一些,P<0.05。结论匹多莫德应用于儿科呼吸系统反复感染的治疗,能够降低患儿反复感染的几率。

목적:탐토분석필다막덕재인과호흡계통반복감염적림상치료응용,대기림상효과진행연구。방법2011년1월~2012년1월아원일공대60례인과호흡계통반복감염환인진행료연구분석,장저사환인분조위대조조화관찰조。대조조환인접수항감염치료,사용지해화담화무화흡입등조시,관찰조환인재대조조기출상증가필다막덕치료,근거환인적림상치료효과래진행토론분석。결과량조환인경용약치료후,균유교대적개선,관찰조환인적천식이급해수등증상비기대조조개선적폭도경대일사,P<0.05。결론필다막덕응용우인과호흡계통반복감염적치료,능구강저환인반복감염적궤솔。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Pidotimod in the treatment of pediatric respiratory tract infection, and to study the clinical effect of it. Methods A total of 60 children with recurrent respiratory infection in children in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2012 were studied and analyzed. The children were divided into control group and observation group. The control group received the treatment of anti infection, the use of cough and phlegm and atomization inhalation and other measures, the observation group of children in the control group to increase the Pidotimod treatment, according to the clinical treatment effect of children to discuss and analysis. Results Although the two groups of children in the treatment, have a big improvement, the observation group of children with wheezing and cough and other symptoms than the control group to improve the magnitude of the more, P<0.05. Conclusion Pidotimod is used in the treatment of pediatric respiratory system repeated infection, can reduce the chance of recurrent infection.
