目的:探索五官科护士面临工作压力时采取应对方式的差异。方法本研究采用问卷调查法,收集50名五官科护士进行个人基本情况、护士应对方式量表资料,采用SPSS19.0进行数据分析。结果不同年龄组在问题解答、逃避与自责方面,已婚与未婚组、不同护龄组在缓解情绪困扰方面,不同科室组在寻求社会支持方面,已婚与未婚组在正面认识方面,不同科室、不同护龄组在行为逃离方面比较差异有统计学意义。结论护理管理者针对不同科室、不同人群采取人性化管理,调整护士情绪,使其以积极的心态面对压力,正面认识,寻求社会支持,主动采取应对方式解决问题,缓解工作压力。

목적:탐색오관과호사면림공작압력시채취응대방식적차이。방법본연구채용문권조사법,수집50명오관과호사진행개인기본정황、호사응대방식량표자료,채용SPSS19.0진행수거분석。결과불동년령조재문제해답、도피여자책방면,이혼여미혼조、불동호령조재완해정서곤우방면,불동과실조재심구사회지지방면,이혼여미혼조재정면인식방면,불동과실、불동호령조재행위도리방면비교차이유통계학의의。결론호리관리자침대불동과실、불동인군채취인성화관리,조정호사정서,사기이적겁적심태면대압력,정면인식,심구사회지지,주동채취응대방식해결문제,완해공작압력。
Objective To study the differences of coping styles when the ENT nurses are in face of work pressure. Methods By the method of questionnaire survey into 50 nurses in department of ENT, collect personal basic situation and coping styles. Use SPSS19.0 statistical software for statistical analysis. Results There is signiifcant differences in the aspect of problem solving, escape and remorse among different ages. It is significant differences that marital status and nursing age in terms of alleviating emotional distress. It is significant differences that different departments are in terms of seeking social support. It is significant differences that marital status is in terms of positive understanding. It is signiifcant differences that department and nursing age is in the aspect of behavior to lfee. Conclusion Nursing managers should take humanized management for different departments and different populations, adjust the mood of nurses. It makes nurses coping pressure with a positive attitude, positive cognition, seeking social support and actively adopting ways to solve the problem. These measures can relieve work pressure.
