目的探讨综合护理干预对急性心肌梗死患者临床效果观察及对患者生活质量的影响.方法急性心肌梗死患者86例随机分为两组,研究组(n=43)和对照组(n=43).研究组给予综合护理干预,对照组给予常规护理干预.结果研究组干预后焦虑、抑郁、恐惧明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);研究组干预后心绞痛发生率明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);研究组护理满意率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);研究组干预后社会功能、生命活力、躯体疼痛、情感职能、生理功能、生理职能、精神健康、总体健康评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论综合护理干预对急性心肌梗死患者临床效果明显,能够显著提高患者生活质量.

Objective To investigate the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on the clinical effect and life quality of patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods 86 patients with acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into a study group (n=43) and a control group (n=43).The study group received comprehensive nursing intervention and the control group routine nursing intervention.Results After the intervention,the incidences of anxiety,depression,fear,and angina were significantly lower,the satisfaction degree of nursing care was obviously higher,and the scores of social function,vitality,bodily pain,role-emotional,physical function,mental health,and overall health were significantly higher in the study group than in the control group,with statistical differences(P＜0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with acute myocardial infarction is clinically effective and can significantly improve the patients' life quality.
