党内协商民主是发展中国特色社会主义协商民主的重要一环。随着我国现代民主政治的进一步发展，理论界和实务界对党内协商民主的认识逐渐深入，党内协商民主的内涵逐渐清晰，价值愈加凸显。加大宣传和教育力度、培育和提高党员协商民主意识和协商能力，健全和完善协商运行机制、提高协商效率和质量，落实监督和责任追究机制、确保协商结果的有效实施，对于促进党内协商民主发展、扩大党内民主、实现党内和谐至关重要。

It is essential for consultative democracy with Chinese characteristics to develop intra‐party consultative democ‐racy .With the development of china modern democratic politics ,theorists and Practitioners gradually have a deeper under‐standing of the intra‐party consultative democracy .The conception of intra‐party consultative democracy is more clear ,and the value is more prominent .In order to promote the development of the intra‐party consultative democracy and expand its scope effectively ,what we should do is to intensify propaganda and education of the intra‐party consultative democracy ,cultivate and improve the party members’ consciousness and consultation ability ,improve and perfect the consultation operation mechanism , increase consultation efficiency and improve its quality ,carry out the mechanism of supervision and responsibility investigation , ensure effective the implementation of consultation results ,and so on .
