目的：探讨B超、CT及MRI在子宫内膜癌手术前肌层浸润及淋巴结转移诊断中的价值。方法117例子宫内膜癌患者均进行了B超检查,其中40例患者实施了CT检查,43例患者实施了MRI检查。结果 B超对肌层浸润和淋巴结转移的诊断结果与病理检查结果的一致性较差。 CT对肌层浸润的诊断与病理检查结果一致性较低( K=0．326),而对淋巴结转移的诊断结果与病理检查结果一致性较高( K=0．702)；MRI对肌层浸润和淋巴结转移的诊断结果与与病理检查结果的一致性较好。结论MRI对子宫内膜癌患者肌层浸润和淋巴结转移有较高的临床诊断价值。
목적：탐토B초、CT급MRI재자궁내막암수술전기층침윤급림파결전이진단중적개치。방법117례자궁내막암환자균진행료B초검사,기중40례환자실시료CT검사,43례환자실시료MRI검사。결과 B초대기층침윤화림파결전이적진단결과여병리검사결과적일치성교차。 CT대기층침윤적진단여병리검사결과일치성교저( K=0．326),이대림파결전이적진단결과여병리검사결과일치성교고( K=0．702)；MRI대기층침윤화림파결전이적진단결과여여병리검사결과적일치성교호。결론MRI대자궁내막암환자기층침윤화림파결전이유교고적림상진단개치。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of B ultrasound, CT and MRI on the diagnosis of muscle invasion and lymph node metastasis before surgery of patients with endometrial cancer. Methods A total of 117 patients with endometrial cancer underwent B-mode ultrasound, of whom 40 patients with CT scan and 43 patients with MRI examination. Results The result of consistency analysis showed that the consistence between B ultrasound and pathological examination on myometrial invasion and lymph node metastasis was poor. The result of consistency analysis showed that the consistence between CT and pathological examination on myometrial invasion was poor( K=0. 326), and it was good of the consistence between between the CT and pathological examination on lymph node metastasis. The consistence between MRI and pathological examination on myometrial invasion and lymph node metastasis was good (K=0. 698). Conclusion MRI has high diagnostic value on the diagnosis of muscle invasion lymph node metastasis in patients with endometrial carcinoma, thus it is worth clini-cal application.
