随着服装产业转型升级进程的加快，服装企业需要大量优秀新生设计师力量加入到中国创造的创意阵营，显然，传统的教育观念与知识体系已远远不能满足当下行业、企业对设计人才的需求。因此，结合设计师岗位职业能力的《服装设计与项目实战》一书公开出版为设计师提供参考，文章结合编著的过程谈新形势下的服装知识体系的构建，并就如何做一名优秀的设计师提出个人的看法。
