目的:分析合肥市蜀山区0~12个月婴儿先天性心脏异常发生状况。方法利用心脏彩色超声心动图对蜀山区4138名0~12个月婴儿进行筛查。结果4138名婴儿中,心脏异常婴儿642名,异常率为15.5%,男、女婴异常率差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.592, P>0.05);0~12个月婴儿心脏异常率随着月龄的增加逐渐降低,差异有统计学意义(χ2趋势=120.593,P<0.05)。婴儿心脏异常中,卵圆孔未闭最多,构成比为83.3%,其次为房间隔缺损,构成比为5.8%,第三为室间隔缺损,构成比为3.3%。结论防治先天性心脏异常,应从新生儿甚至胎儿抓起,实现早发现、早诊断、早治疗。

목적:분석합비시촉산구0~12개월영인선천성심장이상발생상황。방법이용심장채색초성심동도대촉산구4138명0~12개월영인진행사사。결과4138명영인중,심장이상영인642명,이상솔위15.5%,남、녀영이상솔차이무통계학의의(χ2=0.592, P>0.05);0~12개월영인심장이상솔수착월령적증가축점강저,차이유통계학의의(χ2추세=120.593,P<0.05)。영인심장이상중,란원공미폐최다,구성비위83.3%,기차위방간격결손,구성비위5.8%,제삼위실간격결손,구성비위3.3%。결론방치선천성심장이상,응종신생인심지태인조기,실현조발현、조진단、조치료。
Objective To investigate the prevalence of congenital cardiac anomaly in one year old babies during 2012 to 2014 in Shushan district of Hefei city. Methods A total of 4 138 0~12 months babies had been investigated by cardiac color Doppler ultrasound ex-amination. Results A total of 642 babies with congenital cardiac anomaly were found;the abnormal rate was 15. 5%, and there is no signif-icant difference in abnormal rate between male and female babies(χ2 =0. 592, P>0. 05). The congenital cardiac abnormal rate of 0~12 months babies was gradually reduced with the increase of month(χ2trend =120. 593,P<0. 05). The top three congenital cardiac anomaly types were patent foramen ovale(83. 3%), atrial septal defect(5. 8%)and ventricular septal defect(3. 3%). Proportions of different types of dif-ferent months of age group were mostly gradually reduced with the increase of month. Conclusion The rates of congenital cardiac abnormal of 0~12 mouths babies are very high in Shushan district of Hefei city. However, the rate will be reduced with the increase of month. There-fore, early detection, diagnosis and treatment are very important in prevention of congenital cardiac anomaly.
