为构建石仙桃无菌播种与组培快繁技术,对石仙桃的无菌播种与快繁技术进行了相关研究。结果表明:石仙桃种子最佳消毒溶液为0.1%升汞,处理时间为8 min;种子萌发最佳基本培养基为N6培养基,N6+1.0 mg·L‐16‐BA+1.0 mg·L‐1 NAA激素组合的培养基对种子萌发也同样合适;不同植物激素组合对石仙桃幼苗生长影响无显著性差异,N6+1.5 mg·L‐16‐BA+0.5 mg·L‐1 NAA效果较好;在N6+0.5 mg·L‐16‐BA+1.5 mg·L‐1 NAA+75 g·L‐1香蕉培养基上生根率达85%,通过植物组织培养技术,成功构建了石仙桃种子的非共生萌发和快繁技术体系。

In order to build the seed rapid propagation technology of Pholidota chinensis ,the aseptic seeding and tissue culture of Pholidota chinensis were studied .The results showed that the disinfection treatment with 0 . 1% HgCl2 solution for 8 min was most suitable for aseptic seeding .The best medium for seed germination was N6 medium ,the optimum medium of N6 +6‐BA 1 .0 mg·L‐1 +NAA 1 .0 mg·L‐1 was also suitable for seed ger‐mination;Different combinations of 6‐BA and NAA didn't show significant difference on the grow th of young seedlings of Pholidota chinensis ,and the appropriate medium was N6 +6‐BA 1 .5 mg·L‐1 +NAA 0 .5 mg·L‐1 . Seedling's rooting rate was 85% on the medium of N6 +6‐BA 0 .5 mg·L‐1 +NAA 1 .5 mg·L‐1 +75 g·L‐1 banan‐a .The system of asymbiotic seed germination and rapid propagation of Pholidota chinensis was constructed successfully by the technology of plant tissue culture .
