采用超声波提取了叶下珠总多酚,考察了超声功率、料液比、乙醇浓度对总多酚得率的影响,得到最佳提取条件为:超声功率240 W,料液比1∶40,乙醇浓度60%.在此条件下,叶下珠总多酚得率最高可达11.45%.
採用超聲波提取瞭葉下珠總多酚,攷察瞭超聲功率、料液比、乙醇濃度對總多酚得率的影響,得到最佳提取條件為:超聲功率240 W,料液比1∶40,乙醇濃度60%.在此條件下,葉下珠總多酚得率最高可達11.45%.

Polyphenols are extracted from Phyllanthus urinaria L by ultrasonic technology.The effects of ultrasonic power,solid-liquid ratio,ethanol concentration on the extraction rate were investigated.Results showed that the optimal extraction conditions are solid-liquid ratio of 1 ∶40 in 60% (V/V)ethanol with the ultrasonic powder of 240 W.Under optimum conditions,the polyphenols yield were high as 1 1.45%.
