在目前社会快速发展得大背景下，各高校开始转变他们以前的游泳教学方式，从只注重讲授游泳的竞技技术过渡到开始关注游泳健身知识的传授。这就要求教师在教学过程中对学生进行合理的引导，积极培养他们对游泳的兴趣，适应新潮流的发展趋势，让他们认识到游泳不仅只是一门课程，更是一项终身锻炼的运动项目。在此基础上，本文将对相应的游泳教学内容、方法及其模式进行探索研究，响应国家全民健身的号召，达到理想教学的效果。

The rapid development in the current society background, various universities began to change their previous swimming teaching methods, from the only pay attention to the competitive technology transition to begin to pay close attention to teach swimming swimming fitness knowledge teaching. This requires teachers in the teaching process for the student to carry on the reasonable guidance, actively cultivate their interest in swimming, adapt to the new trend of development trend, let them realize that swimming was not just a subject, but also a sport exercise for the rest of my life. On this basis, this article will be to the corresponding swimming teaching content, method and mode of exploration research, respond to a nation to the call of the national fitness, achieve ideal teaching effects.
