农产品物流金融是物流理论和金融理论的有机结合在农产品物流中的运用，是借助一定的物流金融产品，通过金融机构为农产品物流产业提供相关的金融业务，为农业经济发展提供资金支持和融资渠道。本文结合东三省农产品物流金融发展的实际，设计了适合该地区农产品物流金融发展的新产品———土地仓、垫付贷款、仓单质押融资产品，为解决东三省发展农业经济中出现的融资难问题提供了切实可行的解决方法。
